Our Lady of Peace (OLP) provides a wide range of services to address many levels of care, from short-term rehab to long-term skilled nursing. We provide everything from traditional care services (subacute rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, etc) and special care services (Dementia care and Alzheimer’s care) to specialized rehabilitation care (physical therapy services, speech therapy services, and occupational therapy services).

The founding principle of Our Lady of Peace is a residence designed to feel more like home, with no compromise to the services that residents require. The result is a state-of-the-art facility with large rooms, more privacy and a caring, professional staff that's always ready to help.


Faith is also an important part of our residents' lives and our Spiritual Care Team offers numerous programs that are respectful of all faith traditions. Our beautiful chapel provides a quiet place for residents, staff and visitors to reflect.
