Description: Position Available: Part-time (2-3 days per week / 15-22.5 hours per week. Rotating week-ends/holidays. Minimum Requirements: Current NYS L.P.N.license Job Summary: Position also reports to the RN Supervisor as applicable. Administers nursing care to residents under the direction and supervision of the Unit Manager. Responsible for the delivery of resident care through the process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the direction and supervision of the Unit Manager. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Maintains confidentiality of all Nursing Home/staff information. Strives to incorporate the philosophy and mission of Our Lady of Peace (OLP) and to incorporate the Nursing Home's goal of: Quality care, in a personal manner with total regard for human dignity.
